Action Level Safety and Health Law LLC is led by its founder, Brian Yellin. Brian is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) and certified safety professional (CSP). He has extensive safety and health experience within the construction and general industry sectors.
He is a former compliance officer (CSHO), supervisor and area director (Manhattan Area Office) with federal OSHA, and upon being admitted to the Maryland Bar joined the Law Office of Adele L. Abrams where he represented clients in a wide range of OSHA matters.
Brian also developed and implemented extremely effective nationwide safety and health programs, e.g. office ergonomics, indoor air and water quality testing, contractor safety, etc., while with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
